Shipping Costs

Scotts Online has a standard delivery charge of £5.00 This is per order and remains the same regardless of how many items are ordered. We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £100.00. Orders with a value £99.99 or less will still incur the standard delivery charge of £5.00.

Delivery times

Scotts asks that you allow up to five working days, once your order has been accepted, for it to be despatched.

Delivery will be attempted between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that we are unable to offer a specified delivery time or attempt delivery on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

Please be aware that we are occasionally required to make additional checks on you payment or address details and this may delay your order.

Delivery conditions

A signature is required for all deliveries. Please note that we will not leave goods ‘safe’ or ‘hidden’.

Goods can only be signed for by a neighbour if we receive specific instruction from you authorising us to do so.

Unsuccessful deliveries

Our designated Courier service will initially make two attempts at delivery on consecutive working days. After each unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest Courier depot.

They will then hold the goods at this depot for five working days to allow you to collect the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the order, it will be returned to the Scotts distribution centre. If Internet Customer Services then receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five days, the payment will be refunded minus our delivery charge and the return delivery charge.

Should you wish any further delivery attempts, authorise that goods are left with a neighbour, or change the delivery address once the order has been despatched, please email info@rdscotts.co.uk with the order number/consignment reference and the relevant details. Please note that re-direction of consignments and any additional delivery attempts are solely at the discretion of Scotts, and authorisation may not always be given.

Destinations

We regret that we are only able to ship to UK mainland addresses and Northern Ireland (excluding certain parts of the Scottish Highlands), nor are able to send to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

However, if you presently reside outside of our delivery areas, and have a UK registered credit/debit card, you are welcome to place an order and request the goods be shipped to a UK mainland address.

Returns

Returning goods

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us, unused and in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure that underwear and swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Please state on the returns slip printed on the reverse of your despatch note whether you require an exchange or refund.

Please allow up to five working days from receipt of a return for the replacement goods to be despatched.

Please note that if we do not have the available stock for the requested exchange a refund will automatically be processed and a confirmation sent to the account email address.

All refunds will be as per the original method of payment.

Please allow three working days from our receipt for a refund to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. Upon receiving this email, please allow up to 10 working days for it to reflect on your account. This time frame is dictated by and dependent upon your card provider.

Regrettably, on rare occasions mistakes with orders can occur. If the items you have received are not as ordered, or you have an item(s) missing, please contact Internet Customer Services and quote your order number for advice on how to proceed. We ask that any discrepancies be reported to us within five days of receipt.

When returning any goods purchased as part of a multi-buy offer, we ask that you return any additional products purchased as part of the promotion.

For products offered with warranty or a guarantee, please refer to the manufacturer's terms before using the goods.

How to return items to us

We recommend that you return items using a Royal Mail Registered post service with compensation cover and obtain a certificate of posting for you records.
