Hackett
Hackett is a clothing store for the gentleman, founded by Jeremy Hackett in Fulham. He started by restoring and selling second-hand classic British clothing and accessories, with quality pieces harking back to yesteryear. Hackett's dogs, Browney and Charley the Sussex spaniels are often seen in the advertising and capture the British spirit and love for dogs.
When demand became explosive, he started manufacturing clothes from new. The clothes encapsulate the ideals of style and quality, 'Essential British Kit' for business wear, formal occasions, country or sporting events. It's not all tweed suits, although the 'Horse and Hound' tweed range is exceeding popular. There are also more casual corduroy trousers, and, of course the ubiquitous polo shirt, for a more casual look. The famous Hackett rugby shirt was not originally intended for the public, but after seeing the England rugby team wearing the bespoke shirts, they were requested by customers and became a fast seller and instant modern classic.
Hackett is not just clothing, or accessories, belts and shoes. It is a lifestyle, for the elegant gentleman who wishes to encapture classic Britain in longlasting quality and style.
